Our event is a living, breathless moment where the maverick are stitched together in ink and desire. A place where the spine of every book is a pulse, and the margins bleed with longing.
Heroes, anti-heroes, and villains gather here, within our ink-stained hearts and on the highlighted pages of our favorite paperbacks.
At Heathens & Heartbreakers we celebrate romance in all its forms; feral, soft, and oh so smut-soaked.
Love in every form, real, messy, gut-wrenching love, belongs to everyone.
Because if there’s one thing we know, in fiction or in life, the brightest hearts cast the darkest shadows. Which is why we are dedicated to giving back.
$5 from every ticket to Heathens & Heartbreakers 2027 event will go directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Because while books can be lifelines, real-world support is vital. It’s on all of us to carry the light for each other. Even the smallest donation can be a turning point in someone’s story.
If you are unable to attend or feel moved to donate beyond your ticket an amount as little as $5 could hold the weight of a life.
And for the quiet, gentle creatures waiting behind shelter bars for their next chapter in their forever home we’re donating to the SPCA of Texas. On Day One, bring toys, treats, or supplies for our furry friends. We will have a team member from the Dallas SPCA on-site to collect your donations. Or, if you're loving from afar, a few dollars donated can still mean everything.
Let this be the event where creativity and compassion are one.
